How articles on Swift Crafted are produced, what we claim, and how to report a mistake.

How articles are produced

Articles are drafted with the help of software and published under the Editorial Team byline. Before publication each draft is checked automatically for structure, length, language and links. Unless a page says otherwise, nobody has run its code or measured its numbers, and no named expert has reviewed it.

Sources and accuracy

Articles are written without live access to the sources they discuss, so version numbers, API names and figures can be out of date. Check the vendor's documentation before relying on anything important. If you spot a mistake, please tell us through the contact page.

Updates and corrections

Articles are not refreshed on a schedule. The date on a page is the day it was published. “Last updated” appears only when the text was actually revised, and the article’s changelog lists those revisions.
